Cellufine Phosphate is an affinity medium designed for the concentration and purification of proteins and enzymes, including nucleic acid-related proteins, dehydrogenases, and phosphate-binding proteins. The medium is based on rigid, spherical cellulose functionalized with phosphate ester groups.
With the addition of Cellufine Phosphate HC, featuring larger pores enabled by JNC's proprietary pore-size control technology, the Cellufine Phosphate series now enables efficient purification of both small and large molecules for a wider range of applications.
